Hello everyone, as of late I have been trying to improve my skin. it's one of my biggest flaws

for context I I have already taken accutane in the past.

I use a la Roche posey cleanser in the morning and at night, following this ill apply a moisturizer (minimalist vitamin b5 10% moisturizer link here)

,and then a cerave light tone tinted sunscreen only once a day, in the morning (need a new brand rec my intuition tells me this brand is dog shit)

every other day I apply .025% tret, been doing this for about 2 weeks now. im working up to .05%, as it seems like my skin can tolerate .025 very well

I am going to start micro needling once every 28 days to help with collagen production. Would it be more optimal to apply a serum of some sort after this or is that not required for results? Anyone have exp w this?

I don't take any sups directly for skin, however I take fishoil, magnesium, copper, and zinc.

can someone plz correct this protocol and give me some guidance?

accutane is law

Sorry I'm late but the three best ones are
Accutane: will give a lot of dead skin but will still help.
Anua: get the 5 in 1, most expensive starting payment but it is one of the best Korean skin care products. 100$, replay to this if you want a step by step process on how to apply it. (DON'T REPLY UNLESS YOU BUY IT)
GHK-CU: there is topical, injection, and pills. Injection works best but the illegality is gray so buy it fast on peptidesscience.com. Get insulin needles on amazon if you pick injections.
If you are in puberty you probably just have a hormone imbalance so if you fix your diet and eat less sugar and oily foods it'll go away in time.
Edit: do research cause I might leave some stuff out.
