So I just got a custom implant a few days ago.

It was a big square implant and I did it without sedation and that was the biggest mistake after the anesthesia was gone it was so painful in the first day. It was torture and the pain medicine didn't help much. Sedation makes you sleepy for a day and is supposed to help pain a lot after. There was so much pressure and pain because of how big the implant is, I could not sleep that night it was too painful.



I still have some swelling so my jaw definition isn't that good yet but here is my result.... (excuse bad camera and lighting)

Yes it should not be noticable because the implant design was an implant that smoothly transitions so after swelling there should not be that weird look.

Thank you for the thoughtful reply. But I think it looks good so far and it will look better so I don't want to remove it. And also "slightly longer hair" for kpopmaxxing ? My hair was already long in that video I don't want to grow it longer it would only decrease my general appeal.

Maybe to kpop fans and niche girls that like longer hair but I think my hair now has broadest appeal.

Genio wouldn't add chin width. My chin was way too narrow. That is why I needed a square implant. If I had a recessed wide chin then genio.

Genio > implants always for female because implants add width and that is not good for female chin.

Tyler maher has amazing ratios. Dont compare yourself to whites and esp white chads. You cant get away with the failos they have. Theres whites who slay with a .9 and below midface ratio. Thats literally impossible for an asian black etc
