Make water with collagen lemon and himalayan salt
Cook 5 eggs
Take morning sups (zeaxanthin, omega3, S4, d3k2, black cumin oil)
Do mobilty posture and eye exercises
8:20AM:
Eating banana as pre workout
Gym
40min cardio
11:00AM:
Drink 1 Liter of milk
1PM:
Eat
5PM:
Have a snack (kefir shake, yoghurt with berries or wtv)
Go into the sun if its there
7PM
Dinner
Take sups (ashwagandha, calcium, d3, hyauloron complex)
10:15PM
Take magnesium
Go to Sleep
