My experience on a primal diet

So, ive done a few variations of the primal diet(all cooked meat)
-----------
1: Grassfed beef, Eggs, with wild Salmon, with raw a2/a2 dairy, no fruit.
----------
2:Wild salmon, Eggs, and Grassfed beef with raw dairy, and limited fruit.
---------------
3: Salmon with beef, Eggs, same raw dairy and eating as much fruit as I want.
------------------
4: Eating any type of meat with raw a2/a2 dairy and as much fruit as I want, including some grains like rice, and chochlate from time to time. No seed oils, soy, or heavily processed grains.
---------------------------
5: Eating everything and anything, western diet foods, grain sludge, beef and eggs, wild salmon, etc.
------------------------

Skincare results:
(i never had a hhuge problem with acne, just skin texture and small bumps)
So from 1-4, there was no difference in my skin, but when I was on the diet I mentioned on the 5th one, my skin texture was worse, and my eyebags too.
However I see most of the difference in my eyebags from sleep, not diet

Mood/Energy:

The 2nd or 3rd one is best, when I limit fruit I feel like shit, when I eat too much i feel like shit, I like a good balance.

Facial Bone/Height growth:

Ever since I started priotizing red meat and eggs, and such, I noticed the same increase in height, but way more velocity in facial bone mass. This could be because during that time I also entered tanner stage 3-3.5
Also in the last year, my clavicles widened alot.
Conclusion: No foods are reallly gonna inhibit bone growth unless your eating tons of anti nutrients like vegtables, but its more about getting more of the right things, not really avoiding foods unless there really estrogenic or have anti nutrients.

Facial Bloating:

I see a big difference when Im on diets 1-2 then the rest of them
HOWEVER, now that I started taking HCTZ, I can eat whatever I want and stay debloated.

Musclemass:
I noticed a better body compisitoon, like for example when I bulk the muscle to fat ratio is better, but could be from puberty

Any growth can be easily disregarded as you're a unique human and there's no baseline to compare the growth to.

Cooked meat with fruit is a good diet though :feelsokman:
