my face looks fat at BMI 20. tips?

what should i do to help this i want a leaner face. i already take 200mg caffeine (pill form) and coconut water and diurex for bloating but idek if that’s doing anything. any tips for face fat?

cycling tbh thats what most models do bcuz u lose fat and lean out ur face while not mouth breathing. with other forms of cardio u end up mouthbreathing so this is what i recommend.

probably calories as long as you arent exerting urself too much. exerting urself too much could put stress on body and make it worse

boneless, its not that you're fat it's just there's no bones to poke out
