Not really, I'd be the first guy to call someone out for surgery coping, but OP's surgery was a success, and this discussion is irrelevant anyway, so I'll just end it here out of respect for the OP's original thread. One thing we can all agree on is that he improved. Depending on how you look at it, the improvement could be subtle or significant, but it's a definite improvement and that alone is more than what 99% on this forum would ever do.

Quite alot actually face alone including everything is like £35,000 + £11,000 for Body, and like £2k a year for hair. In the grand scheme of things, its not alot.
