I wont include how I train my lehs as that isn’t relevant atm.

1. Wide grip weighted pullups with a drop set

2. Long duration wide grip deadhangs for as many sets as possible

3. Weighted shadow boxing and punching

4. Wide grip pushups on a decline

5. Lateral raises

6. reeves deadlift

BONUS:
what I need to definitely make, shoulder pads using some t shirts to get a rq frame max when wearing hoodies and shit

Gonna mog @Orc some day

Or be born with wide clavicles

How are most of this going to improve your frame? The only things I see on there worth it are the pull ups and the lat raises

Wouldnt reeves deadlift and all those “clavicle lengthening” exercises just make your arms hang lower by stretching the scapula? How would this even work?
me personally i just do weighted chin ups and weighted reverse grip dips for upper body. It sounds weird but it literally hits EVERY single
Muscle. Usually w dips u only hit lower chest but by changing the grip it hits upper chest aswell (it has more muscle activation than incline bench it self) and then chin ups hits back and biceps.

any yt example of the dip variqtion?

My rotatir cuffs will tear if I do it on an ordinary dip bar
Your not supposed to do it on an ordinary dip bar
U can also do it how the guy on the last vid does on. On 2 boxes
