Heres my full stack. One thing im struggling with is finding the right balance and time to take these.
I want to maximize my absorption and reducing the chance of one interfering with each other.
When is the best time to take these? Which go best together? whats best with food? Which ones can i take on a completely empty stomach?
Note*: I obviously know the basics like taking the fatty soluble ones with food, mag at night etc but im still looking for the ideal dosing structure as theres so many different supps

- Selenium
- Biopiperine
- Tongkat Ali
- Iodine
- Amla Indian gooseberry
- Korean red ginseng
- Mushroom complex

- Mag Bisglycinate 300-400mg
- E - 400 iu
- K2 - 100 mcg
- Curcumin - 1000mg
- Fish Oil - High potency
- Greens Powder
- Ashwagandha 600mg
- Maca - 1400 mg
- Rhodila - 100mg
- Biotin - 10000iu
- SAMe - 200mg
