Heres my full stack. One thing im struggling with is finding the right balance and time to take these.

I want to maximize my absorption and reducing the chance of one interfering with each other.
When is the best time to take these? Which go best together? whats best with food? Which ones can i take on a completely empty stomach?

Note*: I obviously know the basics like taking the fatty soluble ones with food, mag at night etc but im still looking for the ideal dosing structure as theres so many different supps

  • A 10000iu
  • D3 - 5000iu
  • B complex
  • C - 1000mg
  • Probiotics
  • Iron Bisglycinate 25mg
  • Zinc Bisglycinate 30mg
  • Mag Bisglycinate 300-400mg
  • E - 400 iu
  • K2 - 100 mcg
  • Curcumin - 1000mg
  • Fish Oil - High potency
  • Greens Powder
  • Ashwagandha 600mg
  • Maca - 1400 mg
  • Rhodila - 100mg
  • Biotin - 10000iu
  • SAMe - 200mg

These supps are on the way to me:
- Selenium
- Biopiperine
- Tongkat Ali
- Iodine
- Amla Indian gooseberry
- Korean red ginseng
- Mushroom complex

Thanks in advance, will rep accordingly!

How will this stack benefit you? Not trying to be a dick, genuinely curious.

You need to lurk moar in this forum but essentially:

My diet is mostly eh/basic foods/takeout so I absolutely need it for general health reasons.

The main goals are this tho;

- Maximize T / Energy / Mood / Mental Clarity
- Minimize E (to healthy levels)
- Anti-Inflamation and Gut Health
- Hair Regeneration / Hair growth / Anti-Hairloss
- Skin Regeneration
- Libido max (due to post-Fin side effects)
- Sleep max

Honestly bro I take a lot of those supps and I just pop all of them first thing in the morning and then go eat my breakfast, I dont think it matters too much tbh, and if it does then idk

I think it's pretty obvious, but just take all the minerals throughout the day and at least 1 hour before or after meals. Ashwagandha and probiotics should also be taken before meals. Otherwise you are relatively free, but I would recommend that you divide the supplements over different meals and buy slow-release vitamin C capsules.

I buy raws and put them all in my workout shake.

There isn't a point taking so many supplements when whole foods are much better as they provide a balanced proportion of each nutrient and are more bioavailable.

Ruminant liver and oysters once a week.

Daily: raw dairy, eggs, gelatin, lean meat, fish potatoes/vegetables/ripe fruits should cover all your nutrients.

Also too much vitamin A can cause hair loss, limit to 5000iu.

Vitamin A,D,K, are best to take together, morning with breakfast, ideally after taking magnesium before breakfast.

Vitamin E in the evening since estrogen is high in the evening, night time.

Fix diet before anything. It's like spitting into a fire. Good luck with that.

@Bewusst need your help bro

do you by any chance know what the best method to increase iron is? (apart from diet, already eat lots of meat).
I just started taking 25mg Iron Biglyciante however not sure how bioavailable it really is.
Do i Hop on FerraMAX?

I have pin pointed it down and now almost certain that iron & Vit D deficiencies contributed DIRECTLY to my sudden diffuse thinning.

Yes. The most effective way to get your iron up quickly would be an intravenous infusion. Taking iron supplements orally is really irritating to the intestinal tract, not a good idea.

Diet-wise, eating more red meat, sugar cane syrup (high in iron) and vitamin A also help to bring up your iron levels. Ascorbic acid helps with absorption of plant-based iron and repair hemorrhage.

The most important question however is, why is your iron low in the first place? Is it your current diet or do you have any condition that makes you loose blood (like an ulcer) or impairs nutrient absorption (e.g. IBD, celiac disease)? Did you have any surgeries recently or been in an accident? What are your MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, CRP, free/total serum testosterone and SHBG levels? Are you currently or have recently been using 5-alpha reductase inhibitors like dutasteride?

Edit: Forgot to add platelet count
