Comment: Not the best choice of surgeon - I paid twice the price I could have paid in Turkey and gotten better results. When I first got my cast taken off it looked perfect or at least that’s what my brain was telling me because it was still a big change. These rhinoplasties are going to make me go broke. Getting a revision on January 19, 2026 so stay tuned.

Comment: After long research, I found an ENT surgeon who doesn’t charge much and does a VERY good job. He performs a lot of surgeries, and the prices are just funny compared to other known surgeons, I’m excited and a bit anxious about this trip, but I hope everything turns out well.
Goal: Nasal bridge reduction, alar base reduction, making my tip less bulbous, slightly upturned - more feminine, more defined nose.

He's a very trustworthy local surgeon with very, very good prices (double jaw costs around $11,000 at his place). This would actually ascend me being the first procedure to actually give me more definition.

Why estrogen dut is enough to save your hair especially att 2.5mg a day and for skin you could take accutane or use topicals accutane worked for me my skin got way softer than before and my nose shrunk a bit. have you grown any tits yet
