Comment: Recessed my maxilla even more, but at least I don't have an overbite now. A different ortho would likely have prepared my teeth for bimax, by now I would probably be post the surgery and 10x happier than I am.

NUMBER 2!
Primary Rhinoplasty done in homeland - completed
Total Price: $7,000
Comment: Not the best choice of surgeon - I paid twice the price I could have paid in Turkey and gotten better results. When I first got my cast taken off it looked perfect or at least that’s what my brain was telling me because it was still a big change. These rhinoplasties are going to make me go broke. Getting a revision on January 19, 2026 so stay tuned.

NUMBER 3!
Revision Rhinoplasty in Turkey - soon (19.01)
Total Price: $4,500 (includes hotel stay and VIP transfers + plane tickets)
Comment: After long research, I found an ENT surgeon who doesn’t charge much and does a VERY good job. He performs a lot of surgeries, and the prices are just funny compared to other known surgeons, I’m excited and a bit anxious about this trip, but I hope everything turns out well.
Goal: Nasal bridge reduction, alar base reduction, making my tip less bulbous, slightly upturned - more feminine, more defined nose.

Genioplasty - likely in May 2026
Total Price: $3,800-$4,200 (weren't quoted yet)
Comment: Let's keep masking my Class II! My appointment is just a week before my flight to Turkey. At this point I think that when he looks at me, he’ll call me a retard and suggest getting trimax, if he does then the plans will change, but I would need to take an additional loan from my parents so not likely that this will happen. He's a very trustworthy local surgeon with very, very good prices (double jaw costs around $11,000 at his place). This would actually ascend me being the first procedure to actually give me more definition.

NUMBER 5!
Full Facial Fat Grafting - likely summer 2026
Total Price: $1,200-$2,000 (already checked local clinics)
Comment: Best investement on this list. Price to reward ratio is just insane on this in my case. Fuller cheekbones, correcting my severe under eye hollowness, nasolabial folds correction, midface etc. Very excited for this as well.


TIER 2 PROCEDURES
These procedures I’m likely going to get done too but just not in the near future, probably in a year or more. I don’t have enough resources at the moment, but I will do them eventually

Canthoplasty + Brow Lift + Upper Blepharoplasty + Ptosis correction

Comment: My goal is to improve my canthal tilt, fix my mild ptosis which causes UEE and my eyes appearing tired, additional brow lift for more striking look. Also considering Turkey for this.

Cheekbone + Jaw Angle + Mandibular Implants In Brazil

Comment: I contacted a clinic in Brazil after looking at their results. They use PEEK material for the implants. I don’t really know about this one because the whole idea of flying to Brazil scares me a bit. We'll see.

TIER 3 - TREATMENTS
