My Guide to be Lhtn by the summer

I am currently rated a hmtn here and this is what I'll be doing to try and become a lhtn by the summer. I'll be getting fat grafting next summer too
Age: 17 years and 1 month old
Height:185cm
Facial rating:hmtn
this is what ill be doing to maximise looks by the summer
I am 17 years and 1 month old ,185cm,14%body fat
gear
ill be taking 350mg of testosterone weekly with 50mg of anavar daily
supplements
creatine 15g daily
vitimin d3+k2 10k iu daily
melatonin 10mg daily to maximise sleep
and a multivitamin
this isn't a supplement but ill be using volufine on under eye and under my brows
physique
ill attach a photo of my physique but I want to cut down to 10% body fat while gaining muscle
colouring
tinted sunscreen
lumify eye drops
tinted lip bam
dyeing eye brows and lashes
facial hair
ill be clean shaving every other day
ill be using lattice and oral minoxidil 2.5mg for lash and brow growth
exercises
chin tucks and neck curls daily
hitting gym 4x a week - PPL r U rr
this is cope but ill be bone smashing 3 times a week to experment with it not expecting any changes at all
daily 45 min incline walk on treadmill
fat dissolver
ill be trying out aqualix for the first time too wish me luck


this thread is water but that's what ill be doing if you have any other suggestions of stuff I should do or take please let me know

you know ur body cant absorb more than 7g of creatine a day right?
no. 20g of creatine is ideal for maximum congnitive benefits bhai

How is this thread water if its YOUR stack? Are we meant to already know your stack?
 
Hold on I did read and I have a comment on this tbh

>15g creatine = unnecessary (5g sounds enough)

I said its cope bhai:trepidation: its just experimental and studies show that 20g of creatine is ideal for maxiumum cognitive benefits and ill just take 8k iu of vitamin d and ill take 3mg of melatonin btw anything between 20mg-300mg of melatonin has been proved to be totally safe and with Little to no side effects never the less than you Brody
