day 1 - back + triceps

day 2 - chest + biceps

day 3 - legs + core

day 4 - back + side delts

day 5 - chest + rear delts + triceps

day 6 - shoulders + light arms

day 7 - rest

so this my gym split for frame growth and v taper. legs and core for maintenance to not have legs like tun tun sahur and have overall aesthetic wide physique. rate it and tell me if theres any negative sides of it and what should i optimize in it
