My hair loss?

For a long time now I've believed I had androgenic alopecia. I can see hair miniaturization at the hairline. Not a lot, just enough to wear my hairline is straight across. The corners just started to go back and is not very noticeable, but I can probably save that for a while.

what pisses me off is I have a FUCKING VERTEX at the crown? How in THE FUCK do I get a vertex at norwood 1.5-2!?

Story: Diffuse thinning began last summer from intense training (powerlifting)
Oils and sweat stopped being produced on my scalp
Now I'm on Minox, oils, Dermarolling, Nizoral Because everyone on my moms side went bald

what confuses me is how my scalp stopped producing oil and sweat. Maybe its not MPB?
