Curious about my Infra orbs guys

they seem to be my biggest imperfection right now. i dont like how empty they can look, especially the line which i marked on the 3rd pic.
It looks tired or almost ,,emotionless" if you get what i mean.

i do some caffeine cream at the morning but i cant fraud missing bone support lol.

Would a Nano fat graft fix this emptiness and bring more harmony to it?
Implants are great objectively, but infra orb implants on the other hand can quickly look uncanny or bulky...
