I don't think so. A person taking no milk, but having a good balanced diet (nurture), will imo grow as tall as the kid that takes milk.
My mom, was just very convinced on the health benifit of raw milk. Which might be somewhat true, I dunno. I admire her dedication and efforts, to trying to feed her 3 boys the best stuff she tought. Since it was a bit of hassle for her, to get that unpasteurized milk.

I'm 6'2". my 2 other brothers: one is like 6'3"-6'3"; and the other brother of mine is like 5'10" ranges.
