summers coming up my skins been getting clear i am 165 and i want to get to 155 and if thats not good enough 150 i start my day off with 5 eggs after school 5 eggs 2 hours before bed 5 eggs and i take in 2 cups of coconut water its 1140 caloires and everyday i do cardio on the treadmill 100 minutes 3 mph walk that burns 500 cals what improvemnts or recomendations should i do preciate it biggest bros
