Today I failed my 105 kg (230 lbs) bench press PR attempt. :feelsrope:

My stats:
6ft1 (185,5 cm)
160 lbs (72 kg)
10 % bf

Current Bench Press PR
100 kg (220 lbs)

It's not possible at my weight. I need to bulk up to 90 kg at the very least if I ever want to succeed.

It's gonna be insanely hard.

Feel like I will have to do SARMs when I turn 21. Maybe roids but I will try SARMs first.

This is impossible to achieve natty right?

140kg is very possible natty, but for most will require years of training.
If you are naturally gifted it'll come way easier.
Most people are not.

Looks like I'm a subhuman
Cant progress over 100 kg at 72 kg weight

It's totally achievable naturally, where do these broscience beliefs come from? You're likely not gonna bp 140 kg at your current bodyweight, that would be almost 2x bodyweight which is almost pro powerlifter level, but at 90-100 kg bodyweight, it's definitely doable. And getting heavier is really easy. If you need PEDs to "bulk up", go play tennis. The most important thing is that your joints stay healthy and to not get injured.

I've been going to the gym for a bit over a half-year
Lifts progressed very quickly but weight not so much
Everything started to really slow down

You completely stopped training?
I'd use the gift if i was you, i'm not naturally strong at all but i've tripled my upper body strength with training and can bench around 100kg now.
Also before training i could barely move myself when trying pull ups, now i can do at least 10 with good form.

Noob gains are a thing. Don't stop regardless, or you'll degrade close to where you started.

Gaining weight really is just about building muscle (constant tension, progressive overload and proper technique) and eating enough. That's simple, especially at your light weight.

Don't get fat though. It might give you more leverage which means bigger numbers on your lifts but muscle > fat. Remember you don't need to "eat clean" if you have trouble getting enough calories. Eat the foods you enjoy the most.

Probably not possible unless you bloatmax hard. Not worth the opportunity cost of being fat as fuck.

Natty lifting after a few years is a waste of life

I've been lifting natty for 7 years and 11 months, at the first 2 years I had amazing progress and I really transformed my body. After that gains are TOO fucking slow, and I have to make so many sacrificies if I ever want to gain few lean mass kilos

Go on a powerlifting program if you care only about lifting heavy weights in a year u can get that

Alternatively doing power building will get you to 130 might take longer but u will have some aesthetics as well
