My lips look like they are protruding because I have thick lips and a slightly recessed chin from profile view. Would a simple chin implant fix this?

I don’t want to have to get bimax not lip reduction, idk if my lips protrude due to forward maxilla
My problem is from the side view it looks kinda like a black peoples’ mouth but from the front my thick lips look good I think
