Breakfast: two Weetabix with whole milk
Lunch: ham or beef sandwich
Dinner: spaghetti with garlic and olive oil or cheese and pepper
Drinks: 1.5 litres water
Supplements: Wellman multivitamin
This should be no more than 1500 calories and eating the same shit everyday will help keep me on track
I hope to be about 16% by spring and 12% by summer, then I will be used to small meals and can vary my diet again
