Breakfast: two Weetabix with whole milk
Lunch: ham or beef sandwich
Dinner: spaghetti with garlic and olive oil or cheese and pepper
Drinks: 1.5 litres water
Supplements: Wellman multivitamin

This should be no more than 1500 calories and eating the same shit everyday will help keep me on track

I hope to be about 16% by spring and 12% by summer, then I will be used to small meals and can vary my diet again

I'm eating about 1400 cal and will maintain this amount of calories until summer

pasta has lots of calories and carbohydrates, exchange for rice and steak

i can’t afford steak and rice and pasta are about the same gram for gram
pasta 100g = 371 calories
100g rice = 130 calories
if you don't have money for steak, eat rice with eggs idk

i dont have set foods i eat i jsut try to cut out as much candy etc.
Only non fruit/honey sugar i get atm is from some quakers breakfast mix with raisins etc and even that per serving has like 2-3g

I tried that but it didn’t work because I would just eat too much of the stuff I didn’t cut out

Yeah happened to me too. I recommend rice cakes, low kcal and quite satisfying
 
If u can sustain it, it’s good.
