Many people regard glp1 agonists as the holy grail of diet drugs but I rarely see people discuss how they affect the body in a muscle building context, people say to just eat protein but I’m concerned about the delayed gastric emptying significantly lowering opportunities for protein synthesis and thus making it harder to hang on to muscle on a cut, are they any highiqcels that know more about this?

Perhaps this makes liraglutide more ideal since it works in a 24 hour cycle, I’m far from the most educated on this so perhaps I’ve got it wrong to begin with
 
Don't redditors always say that meal timing doesn't matter much as long as you get in calories and protein? I would assume the time of gastric emptying shouldn't matter much by extension.
A much bigger concern for muscle conservation imo would be that it would nuke your appetite to the point you don't get enough calories in.
