My masseters muscles got strong asf from chewing

they’re so strong that my teeth clench together at night unconsciously which helps keep good oral posture (mouth closed)

And I can now individually flex each masseter muscle.

I just started a cut so now I will reveal the full results

(if you ever decide to do a lot of chewing make sure you massage your masseters for some time after the chewing, that’s what helped prevent tmj for me)

Just curious, did your masseter hurt when chewing? Cuz my right side is clearly getting more "burning" sensation than left, I just don't know if they can grow without pain

I didn’t do long chewing sessions, but instead short 5-10 minute sessions with high resistance (I used the jawliner brand rubber device things and progressed from the lowest resistance to highest).

So mine didn’t really burn cause I wasn’t doing endurance training but strength training.

Yea that’s why I stopped . I figured I can maintain the gains with just regular daily eating.

I never got pain though since I always massaged the muscle for some time after the chewing.

You aren't grinding while asleep anymore? That's what I was concerned about, usually people don't fix that without a mouthguard from a dentist.

i still do notice grinding sometimes still (but usually only when I ate something hard to chew like steak the day before)
 
Grinding does eventually stop, when I was chewing everyday the grinding was terrible, felt it like a dream and it felt like I was pressing so hard on my teeth that they were gonna shatter.

Your full results will end up looking bloated. A big massateur is not what makes a good jaw.

If you’re lean then the results will look good, if not then you’ll look bloated.
