Im about to go to PA school and u gotta love how some tiktok teen knows way more than someone whos working in medicine and someone who talks and works with doctors on the daily.
Ball deep must be the sole depth argument they can produce each red moon of the year when their little dicklet testicles are full of copium
A lot of you fuckers have been asking me about how I expanded my maxilla by miles in around 2 months, here's the full in-depth explanation on all methods I have used.
Benefits of well-developed maxillae:
Maxilla affects more parts of your skull than you think; your undereye support is greatly affected by your maxillary development, as your infraorbital position depends greatly on the position of your maxilla, that's why you can see a lot of people with flat maxillae having shit undereye support (you can call it lower eyelid exposure or whatever); forward growth is also affected by it a bit due to your lower teeth's alignment with your upper teeth, therefore the more forward it is, the more space your mandible would have to grow forward. I got quite a lot of forward growth myself, but I also firmly believe that other things I did for my lower third contributed to that (see my softmaxxing post for what else I did).
The only method I have used for maxillary expansion is thumb pulling. Lots of you will say it's cope, but it worked for me, as well as loads of other people, so I am a big thumb pulling advocate, and will show you how to do it properly.
Just so you keep the intrigue, here are the before/after pictures:

(both pics taken under exact same angle, unstretched, unfrauded, even if you say that the pic is slightly rotated, or even if someone's head is slightly tilted, but still facing the camera at a perfect 90 degrees angle, the size of the maxillary triangle is what matters in the end, that's what's being compared)
The basics of Thumb Pulling:
Thumb pulling is used to.... yapyapyapyap- just stick your thumbs in your mouth and ascend.
Your upper palate is divided into two: the soft and the hard palates. You can differentiate between them pretty easily: the hard palate is at the front and has a riffled texture to it, whereas the soft palate is further back, starts around your GPF (greater palatine foramen, the part further back where your teeth come closer to each other from both sides)

This is more important than you think, as SO many of you got VERY confused while I was trying to explain it without a diagram.
The positioning of thumbs:
I placed both of my thumbs just beyond the BORDER between the hard & the soft palates. My thumbs are not fully fitting in between the GPFs, so I rotate them slightly, so they barely fit and are "compressed" against each other in between the GPFs, so that they are also more secure in there.

The positioning of arms, fingers & rest of the body:
Body:
I laid down on the bed, with my head on a pillow;
Rest of fingers:
I put my index fingers around my browridge, the rest are just wherever
(VERY rough) Demonstration LMAO:

Arms:
While thumbs were already in my mouth and I'm already laying down, I press both of my elbows to my chest.
The process:
I pulled straight forward (perpendicular to my face) with my thumbs, while simultaneously pressing into my brows with my index fingers. I engaged my triceps to increase the pull force. The fact that my thumbs were facing slightly outwards, as demonstrated in the diagram, made the resultant force a little bit more sideways on each side respectively, so the palate expanded both forward and outward.
Demonstration of resultant force/desired direction of pull on my good friend Alien:

Intensity/duration/schedule:
I pulled as hard as I could for as long as I could for one continuous rep, around 20-30 seconds, once a day (nightly).
Enjoy your ascension fellas, and go slay stacies. Much love to yall (no homo)
for me it was about two months, but can take more ofcafter how long was the result visible? ( by doing it every day as said in the guide)
would this work with braces or no?for me it was about two months, but can take more ofc
idk but i wouldnt experiment w braces if i were uwould this work with braces or no?
Should I start after retainers? or after i get them offidk but i wouldnt experiment w braces if i were u
prob after u get them offShould I start after retainers? or after i get them off
give it some time lil fella, youre only 14. unless you have a crazy narrow palate that requires orthodontic attention, or an unhealthily recessed maxilla (very unlikely), dont do this or any other .org autist shit until youre about 16 and your base is more developed.I posted my side profile on my acc. Do you think this guide would help me even maybe a little bit? I'm desperate for forward growth man. Great guide btw
Nah cuz I always felt something was wrong with my side profile until I asked on the thread I posted. I don't think my palate is narrow (going to my dentist in a few days to check it out). I was thinking maybe a palate expander could also work for forward growth maybe? I don't know man, I fried my brain with bp wayyy too earlygive it some time lil fella, youre only 14. unless you have a crazy narrow palate that requires orthodontic attention, or an unhealthily recessed maxilla (very unlikely), dont do this or any other .org autist shit until youre about 16 and your base is more developed.
most palate expanders only affect the lower palate, and therefore, lower maxilla. do not listen to .org autists, especially at this age, as a lot of them are clueless and will do harm if anything. there is no point in analyzing ur face at such age anyways dude. for now, just stay patient and healthy, keep good straight teeth, good posture and dont mouth breathe. will help you a lot later on, when youre about 16-18 and can actually looksmax.Nah cuz I always felt something was wrong with my side profile until I asked on the thread I posted. read the threadhow long should the procedure take and how many times a day should it be done? also how much time has passed between photos
been reading threads on mike mews forum since currently its dead asf and a lot of people have reported great results in pulling 1-2 mins every hour, they report saying it heals pretty quickly and would replicate what mse doeswhats lateral pulling? also that much per day may not be good, as you need to let you maxilla recover. idrk much about how much exactly it needs to do so, but a 24h cooldown seems to do the job. what do u think?
different palates. mse expands ur hard palate, whereas this expands both soft AND hard, so its twice as many (or so) sutures to healbeen reading threads on mike mews forum since currently its dead asf and a lot of people have reported great results in pulling 1-2 mins every hour, they report saying it heals pretty quickly and would replicate what mse does
I see your point tbh, also ignore that retarded fag who thinks he's better than everyone because he works with doctors and is studying medicinedifferent palates. mse expands ur hard palate, whereas this expands both soft AND hard, so its twice as many (or so) sutures to heal
nah, stayed the same pretty muchdid your face become more compact? my face is compact as it is i dont want sfs
