My metabolism is so fast that i dont even need to do cardio to be lean as fuck

I never done cardio ONCE in my life. My endurance is comperable to a chain smoker of 50.

When a monster is hutning people im the one to die because i got a stomache ache after running for 2 minutes.

Yet im this lean:

I truely pitty people that need to fast to lose weight.

Clown world, I fast for 10 days but I’m still a skinny-fat shitskin while OP never fasts and has a way better body. Mirin hard bhai, and no I’ve stopped fasting recently.

I hope so. Gaining weight is almost impossible (fat wise) and my only weight gain is muscles

It’s a blessing tho, because i assume that you dont even gain fat on the cheeks and you have perma hollow cheeks - poor bloating even if u eat plenty of sodium

Nope i have a brachyskull and i dont have hollow cheeks. I also got alot of buccal fat. Its so over for my face. Although from the side im extremely hollow my masseater pops out like im a skeleton

idk specifically for your face but being brachyskull doesn't necessarily mean it's over, most of the psl god is brachycephalus. It's practically impossible to find a pretty boy dodicocephalus, they are all chad jock bully archetype (mc gregor etc maher etc), most pf robust pretty boys are brachy
