My mum is forcing me to go back to school

I dropped out last year and been a NEET since, in that time I've just been travelling and living life stress free. I'm back in England soon and my mum said that it's a good time to start education again.

By the time it's September/October, I'll be 19. That means I can't go back to a normal college, JFL at being in the same classes as 16 year olds.

I have no idea what I want to do, should I go down the apprenticeship route?
