Might be true but one of my friends is literally overweight and has a gf and another looks literally like an ogre. He has long hair and a beard and he’s 172cm with terrible frame and recessed face. He’s 19 and looks 35.

you gotta ntmaxx man. what i do to do this is i try to disassociate from myself in social situations with foids and when i do this im not overthinking constantly so i am more talkative and just say whatever.
