Morning: Wake up chug a whole electrolyte bottle
200 mg caffeine through coffee
Breakfast meal - 10 pork salami slices & 100 g feta cheese = 32 g protein

Lunch: Large bag of beef jerky and white monster (46g protein)

After workout: 26g protein scoop

Dinner: Raw steak and onions (42g protein)

Thoughts?

Yeah still in the 2k range but since my metabolism is fucking fast I doubt it would be a problem

Just eat like 3 eggs in the morning, simple, you can add fermented dairy/honey (raw, these carry practically 0 risks when raw) for the carbs

Carbs are just needed for the morning, they're just always bundled up with grains, pasta and processed food so it has a bad rep
