My planned looksmaxing

Hey guys

Long time lurker here (26 years old living in UK). I've finally decided to start looksmaxing and plan to get 7 surgeries over the next 1-2 years. I'm going to get:

- Hair transplant
- Rhinoplasty
- Subnasal lip lift
- Canthoplasty with eyelid retraction
- Bimaxillary osteotomy
- Submental liposuction
- Buccal fat removal

Submental and buccal fat removal is happening early next year. I'm also going to Turkey for my hair transplant once COVID has blown over. Bimax will be the heaviest surgery and I'm still in the process of finding a surgeon. I plan on sharing updates as I go (pics etc). If anyone has any questions feel free to drop a message!

I don’t under why people do buccal fat removal. Just drop to 10% body fat and maintain that. You still have to be lean to maximize your looks.

But otherwise seems like a nice plan, but without gaining muscle mass you’re still not going to ascend to your full potential. Gym and proper nutrition should be in the top 3 tasks.

It might be the case that the bimax will sort out my other midface problems. I have a relatively good base but want to ascend.

Subcutaneous lipo on the cheeks can be quite risky in terms of nerves and blood vessels no? I've already talked to a number of surgeons who are reluctant to perform lipo above the neck for those reasons.

I'm soon to be a Dr actually! And sure, I'd appreciate that. I'm aware of Dr Marianetti through this forum but gather his results are pretty conservative. Not sure if i want to go to Russia.

Sorry, referring to the argument over buccal fat removal versus cheek liposuction. Some surgeons stay away from cheek liposuction because of the risks to damaging facial nerves and blood vessels. I agree with OP that buccal fat removal isn't very effective, especially relative to genuine liposuction.

I'm already lean. Its shit genetics from my Dads side they all have bloated faces. Surgery is the only option.

Liposuction for submental area and buccal fat removal are scheduled for January.
Still waiting on COVID restrictions for Turkey hair transplant.

Bimax is the big one out of these. One bimax is done I'll get rhinoplasty with Dr Lucion Ion and lower eyelid retraction + infraorbital rim implants with Taban.

I'll uptake after my consulation with Ramieri if anyone has any questions about bimax.

Yes, it's online.

I'm seeing orthodonist before my consult to get orthodontic records (x-rays, photographs, and moulds of teeth) so I can show them to Ramieri.

I'll be getting the ortho work done in the UK. I actually think my bite isn't too bad, but I'm expecting to have something.

Had consultation with Ramieri. Was very impressed. I’ll be getting:

Le Fort ii
BSSO
Reverse sliding genioplasty
Malar implants
Under eye fat transfer

Had buccal fat removal yesterday. Surgeon took out 4.5ccs of fat from each cheek.

Swelling is quite minimal but surgeon said it can be a few weeks to see the best results.

Once the swelling has gone I’ll post some pics. I’m only 145 lbs so surgeon said it would be quite a dramatic result!

thanks bro! swelling has gone down quite a bit but surgeon said it can be 3 months+ before i see full resuts. will do an update in feb probably.
