Idk. It's probably because some people don't fit evenly into one tier and ig at some point it became common to say "high mtn" instead of "mtn close to htn"

If girl's have asked for you snap then you are close to Chad Light. If you're MTN or LTN, maybe it happens once in a lifetime, but if it's happened multiple times and you're not some status maxed billionaire, then I'm sorry to tell you, but you're HTN.
