compared to the rest of my phsique my shoulders are extremely lacking. I dont necessarily lower the amount of work im doing for the rest of my body, but I also want my shoulders to catch up. Im currently on a arnold/UL split training in the 5-12 rep range, 2 sets to failiure on most exercises any recommendations?
