My shoulders are so underdeveloped

compared to the rest of my phsique my shoulders are extremely lacking. I dont necessarily lower the amount of work im doing for the rest of my body, but I also want my shoulders to catch up. Im currently on a arnold/UL split training in the 5-12 rep range, 2 sets to failiure on most exercises any recommendations?

Narrow clavs can be the problem, train shoulders as much as you can or just pin roids tbh

what parts of the shoulder are undeveloped, all? Front delts can easily be overtrained since their used in many pressing motions. With both side delts and rear delts your form is key to growth, dont ego and focus on form and reps. Can you drop your shoulder exercises and ill have a look.

definetily switch from 5-10
also send a picture of your physique so we can see if it might be your genetics

yeah I basically just do a machine loaded shoulder press and then cable side laterals. every now and then i will hit some rear delts on back/upper day

Tbf i dont think its enitrely genetics, at the start of my training i slacked off on my shoulders and i think thats why. compared to my hip width my shoulders still are much wider.

mirin your physique tho

its definetily because you slacked off on them. you could spam lateral raises eod if you recover fast (helped for me) but i wouldnt worry about it

id say side//rear
I have also experienced problems with side and rear delt stimulus, what worked for me was doing a higher amount of reps with better form. For side delts i would do cable rear delts, and rear i would do a reverse cable fly. I prefer cable on these exercises since they have good stretch and tension
