My skin is extremely allergic to face products

My skin has 0 acne but i still wanted to try face cleanser. I used it and my entire face was riddled with acne next day. When i stopped using it, my skin went back to normal in 3 days.

Then i started using Sun screen. And holy fuck even sunscreen gave me bunch of acne.
I stopped using sunscreen and now my skin is back to normal.
Tf is wrong with my skin

Always get your hands on quality products like trets and all from skinorac is good. La roche posay product is good. Don't use low grade products as your skin is pretty sensitive.

These products are disrupting your already good skin barrier which is what causes the break outs.

I need to find a sunscreen that won’t irritate my skin as well
