My skin is as smooth as if there were an instagram filter.
All the acne scars are gone!
No more smile lines!
No more dry skin caused by retin A!

Red light therapy is surprisingly legit, my skin felt noticeably smoother when I started doing it.
You should do both though, I think you're just not moisturizing correctly or something.

This is going to be unpopular but I'm not sure what to say other than yeah, skin looks better when its moisturised. This isn't news.

All we've learned from this is that either:
- You were using to high a strength of Retin A
- You were using the Retin A too often
- You can tolerate the above points but didn't use the Retin A for long enough to get past the peeling stage
- You weren't hydrating and moisturising the skin enough alongside using Retin A
- You're one of those people who just can't tolerate Retin A

And definitely that lighting and moisture plays a huge part in how good the skin looks.

I'm not saying that red light isn't great or that Retin A is the best thing ever, but what I am saying that this is missing a hell of a lot of key information.

Does red light irritate skin and make it red like the sun does or are the effects invisible

i have sensitive skin and dont wanna irritate it

When was the last time you smiled or laughed? You look extremely depressed

I have used this redlight lamp.
My skin got warm everytime. Did i make a mistake, and choose the wrong lamp? Could my collagen got destroyed?

How long u been using retin a for?

You didn't have acne scars

The problem with tretinoin is that, since it was initially developed as an Anti acne cream, it reduces the oilyness of the skin, so the skin gets dry and scaly as a result, so using a moisturizer becomes a must. You just can't use tretinoin alone.

I have a red flourescent lightbulb in my bedroom, I changed my lamp to it
will this have the same effect? what if I move it closer to my face?

Red light therapy only works at specific wavelengths. jfl at pointing a red lamp at your face.
