My skin recovery. 6 months

for the entire 6 months, i used an external retinoid, a moisturizing cream, various face masks and SPF. i’d like to note that during this time i didn’t eat sweets or other unhealthy foods. now i continue to eat only healthy food. i hope someone will give me a few tips to improve my appearance. i would be grateful. good luck!

good progress but i suggest using accutane or if u want cream tretinoin, u couldve gotten these results in 2 months on accutane or tretinoin.

i consulted a dermatologist and used what she said. but I know that accutane is a good thing
