So fucking sick and tired of clean eating plus I've noticed I've been looking a little too lean lately with veins everywhere. So I'm going to give myself one week to just enjoy Christmas and good/ not so good food...
I used to have a massive eating disorder which I only managed to control a bit by fasting for 8 days.
Here are the rules:
1. Everything has been pre ordered so I'm not allowed to buy anymore food until 2026.
2. Everything must be tracked and logged on an app probably cronometer as myfitnesspal pisses me off. I have to calculate and compare daily.
3. 20min run daily around 180kcal.
4. If it's early and I'm hungry I have to go for a protein snack first.
5. Just because it's there does not mean I have to eat or finish it.
Anyway that's just my little tips for myself what're you all doing to enjoy food this Christmas?
