Ranking from most important to least important

1.Magnesium glycinate: amazing supp for sleep and general stress. Greatly increases dream quality and allows me to sleep continuously. I also take it when feeling high cortisol in the day.

2.Vitamin C and zinc gummies: very cheap and so I take around 20 mg zinc and 1000 mg vit C everyday dosed seperately. I feel acne has lessened due to this and skin undertones are better (due to vit C)

3. Progesterone: I never thought I would put it so high up because I only use it once a week. But the cascading effects this sets off is honestly extremely good. If you are high E you will immediately feel euphoric and high metabolism( you want to walk a lot ,you feel warm in a good way etc). Has improved skin quality as well imo. I always take it with some vitamin E and coconut oil for max absorption. 50 mg twice a week at the start and now at once a week.

4. Coffee: I think caffeine counts as a supplement. I couldn't live without coffee and the fearmongering against it by puritans who watch porn and coom everyday are the same retards who think taking one puff of a cigarette will get you addicted. Extremely mogger and amazing stuff, I take it with whole milk and enough sugar to offset the bitterness. Helps me get my day started, very good stuff for hypothyroidcels like me. Cultures have used stimulants for centuries, there is no reason why we shouldn't. Coffee drinkers have higher testosterone and reduced mortality.

5.Nicotine: Aromatase inhibitor, increases GABA , increases dopamine and helps me focus. I stopped being majorly depressed ever since I started taking nicotine. Gum should do the job.

6.LSD trip once in 6 months: Resets my neurochemistry for the better with just one trip. Indigenous peoples used to do it every two months and so I think taking a break from the profane world is really good. I think if done smartly psychedelics can help prevent certain suicides (but may also induce some if on the verge of it so use your judgement)

7. vitamin E : similar to progesterone ,very anti-estrogenic and makes me want to move around more and I feel sharper. Always take with fats like coconut oil/butter. Very underrated vitamin because mainstream opinion is it is just another antioxidant but it serves much more important functions.

8.Vitamin D and K2: I put it down here because I love the sun and tan often so I dont really feel the supps but I think vit D might just be the most important supp to take if deficient. It is more of a steroid than a vitamin imo, I always felt mogger when in the Sun(now Ive stopped tanning because I want paler skin so will use this more). K2 is also good for bonesmashers.

9. l-theanine: similar to magnesium but I feel it works on different receptors cause the anti-stress I get from Mg feels different. Mg and l-theanine combo before bed is the best but I just use Mg now.

10.asprin: I take it for general health. Breathing feels a bit easier. Not a part of my regular routine, I just take it when I feel it.

Hit or miss supplements:

Lion's mane: Greatly increased ability to lucid dream and increases neurogenesis but I feel it's not needed.

Ashwagandha: you feel bit less stressed but you also feel very out of it in a sense. Better use magnesium even though ashwa is from my nation I don't think it is good. Very serotogenic as well (not a good thing actually).

Choline: alpha gpc ,bitartrate and cdp choline are fads. I think exogenous acetylcholine is not necessary, just eat more eggs and dairy.

Weed: CBD can help but THC is undesirable and should be avoided at all costs.

Ginseng: raises libido extremely and seems to also have skin benefits. Not necessary tho, just practice no-fap or only fap(Coom) once a week.

vitamin C supplement is not good for your health, natural sources is what is good

Idts. I get from natural as well but see no reason supps aren't beneficial. Vit C overdose can lead to kidney stones but the doses are monumental

Zinc sulphate. Apollo pharmacy is where I get the chewable vit c plus zinc tablets from. Amazon I get carbamide chelated magnesium glycinate. I always take vit c and zinc on an empty stomach after I wake up and during the evening when I haven't eaten anything. Magnesium I take two of it before bed.

Solid thread. I take 4 eggs everyday easy protein intake + taste fantastic + easily fills the choline requirement
Vit–C I noticed a good undertone difference when I took it but I stopped now, magnesium glycinate does as you said + improved T

Caffeine + racetams/afinils (my own stack) = laser focus and mental clarity, anxiety, cortisol or sleep disruptions are cope if you don't mess with the timing and don't take copious amounts

D3+K2 is obvious if you stay indoors +shuttles calcium to right places and bone health + T levels + libido and mood

Ashwagandha has some reports of liver toxicity? anyway

Vit E and progesterone I haven't tried

Overall mogger thread macha.

Ye I forgot racetams. They're more nootropic side so I didn't include. Piracetam felt good way less jittery than modafinil

literally gives me borderline eidetic memory + enhanced peripheral vision
Moda wasn't jittery for me, not good for task switching though which I guess is ideal for grunt work maxxing

Pirscetam it's not available in large doses so it's annoying to take it multiple times

will try oxiracetam next

Good thread. Brb starting LSD trips every six months now. Also about the choline Leo and longevity has a series on it and he says that it is most certain that we aren't getting as much choline in our system as is required. And personally I wouldn't consider supplementation with oral choline, I agree with you here, but I won't do it cuz it metabololises into TMAO which is known to be cancerous, I'm already getting enough TMAO from the meat and eggs.

Yea bitartrate conversion into TMAO is highest. I don't trust leo and longevity he's obviously very smart but he just collates mainstream information rather than studying physiology from the ground up like ray peat and peat doesn't care about choline.

there is a study that shows vitamin C supp is pretty bad for the heart. but natural source is good.
Also there is a minority of scurvy patients who do not get better if they take a vitamin C supplement, but they do get better if they take natural sources of vitamin C. This whole vitamin C thing started with a linus pauling hypothesis, but in practice there is no strong evidence that vitamin C is good for anything.

these 2 things make me think natural sources is somehow better and ascorbic acid isolted makes something bad and/or do not work.

Vitamin C in natural sources always comes mixed with several other factors in the ascorbic acid, the pure one is just the main acid isolated

in fact INJECTABLE vitamin C in the vein works for the treatment of some diseases that I don't remember. But that could just be because it's an acid and then it kills the bacteria, reacts there and does something good.

Yea supplemental vit C may not be absorbed bit i always take it with orange juice which contains niacin imo that may increase absorption but idk. I have noticed a difference on my skin with it so I think it works pretty well for me

the thing is it is apparently bad for hearts health

all this vitamin c hype started with a meme book from linus pauling, otherwise no one would care that much about vitamin C.
but anyway, do as you want, I'm just informing.

I believe that natural sources everyday mog and your body absorbs it and it goes there to the skin and does what it has to do

6. Conclusions

The current literature provides little support for the use of vitamin C supplementation to reduce heart disease risk. Many cohort studies and randomized trials have shown no relationship between vitamin C intake and heart disease risk, while few have suggested moderate benefits, and some have even suggested slight increases in risk. Importantly, multiple studies have documented increases in cardiovascular risk associated with the use of supplemental vitamin C, even when taken in doses of about 1000 mg per day, which is half of the established Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) of 2000 mg [19,23]. Although several studies have shown similar absorption of vitamin C from supplements and from food sources [30,31], the mechanisms behind the apparent differential effects of supplemental and dietary vitamin C require further examination.

This is for heart disease. It says many studies contradict each other so it's not really something to be worried about

honestly thinking of starting progesterone as a last stand for acne but it will cause hair loss wont it

nicotine should be avoided. highly addictive chemicals are a net negative-being dependent on something to function is not desirable. even if nicotine isnt that bad.

I am currently trying to quit nicotine and its fucking annoying.
