I extracted molar tooth on left side of both mandible and maxilla. Why did I extract them?
Apparently my molars started decaying, which I still don’t know why to this day, because my mouth hygiene is perfect. Also as you can see my wisdom tooth is still coming out on left side, but on right side it’s already there. So now I lost two of my important teeth and don’t know what to do.. I’m scared it will make my face and my bone structure collapse, my face is already asymmetrical and I also need you guys to help me with that.

So two questions I have are:
1. What makes my face asymmetrical and how to fix it?
2. What to do with my teeth and all this missing space I have?

Be 100% honest and give me every method I could do.

left side of your face is droopier than the right, probably caused by sleeping on your side, try sleeping on your back it should help even it out

. What to do with my teeth and all this missing space I have?
get a silver tooth or something to replicate your missing tooth

I lack space in my mandible as you can see, not much space to put molar implant. Am I correct? For maxilla I fear if get implant my wisdom tooth might cause issues later when it comes out but I might just be completely wrong…

•Sleep on right side. (Lymph and water in face will migrate towards right side)

•Chew on right side 80% and left side 20%. But try not to exercise the buccinator muscles, it'll ruin the hollow cheeks.

btw do you have correct bite alignment? i.e., teeth align with each other? if not correct it. You only have visible asymmentry on your lower 3rds, so it's fixable.

ima make a thread about this might be related

I don’t have defined hollow cheeks on my left side but on my right side they look a lot better from side picture.
Orthodontist said my bite is good, I mean i don’t have overbite but I don’t know if I should believe her.
And what asymmetry do you think I have in lower thirds. I noticed my head tilts slightly to the left which I don’t know why, my chin is pointing to the left, almost looks like I’m doing it on purpose but i’m not…

Why lol it would do the opposite
😭😭 nah bro activating buccinator muscles literally presses fat outwards, giving you cheetos like puffiness look.

Your saying will be correct if the person has buccinator atrophy.

you cant untrain it either way, that is stupid. In that case you would stop talking at all

yeah man i agree with you, but I'm not saying to 'untrain' it rather don't train it (example using jaw trainers wrongly, chewing fully on pre molars).

if you had asymmentry on right side fully then it might be difficult but you do not so its good.

Btw the bite correction im talking about is if your jaw when opened goes one side and when closing goes the other side? I have that problem + overbite so my ortho is giving me invisaligner.

Your dentist probably removed it because he/she thought it will be easier than doing rct (root canal treatment) and didn't had aesthetic in mind. my first dentist also suggested to extract my first molars but i asked second opinion and they said they can do rct and save the teeth.

does that mean I can be saved hahah

She said my bite is fine, we didn’t check when my mouth is fully open tho. I would also go for invisialigner but should I get tooth implant or just go for aligners?

I went to the dentist because I had incredible pain in my tooth after about 3 or 4 days. When they scanned my tooth they realised that tooth decayed to the point where it can’t be saved and I saw it too, it was all black. That’s second one I pulled out, but first one i dont rememeber, probably could’ve been saved but yeah, kinda sad I didn’t know. Dentist in my city don’t care too.

you will need to ask if you need aligners or implants to your ortho. From my pov (im not a specialist), you already have wisdom teeth so go for aligners.

But is missing tooth gonna affect my bone structure should I get implant?

if your teeth was pulled out before you finished puberty or done growing then no. (sorry for the late reply)
