after training them 2x a week

doing side delts and triceps 2x a week

training them is easy, just 6 sets of 2 exercises

maybe even 4 sets

no only tricep pushdowns and overhead extensions

No overhead extensions are a better version of skullcrushers

Well you certainly wont get anything by focusing on lower chest. I see so many gymcels irl and on social media with huge (lower) chest and stick arms, no shoulders and chicken legs

You should learn physiology, there isnt such thing as "lower chest" you have middle chest anf upper chest, the saggy titst youre talking about is gyno that comes from high estrogen

You should do max 2 movements and what you like. Yes doing a better exercise will give you a 1% better results but youre gonna progress better on exercise you like

if my tris are fatigued, i wont do them, but my delts dont get fatigued

nah only i do them whenever tbh

if i feel like i wanna rest, i do so, which is today, after leg day

ill do push, pull back to back and then rest, then do legs

you're talking about anatomy not physiology, professor.
Anatomy is how the body parts are called bla bla bla and physiology is how the body parts work simplified. I said physiology because i wanted you to understamd that if you do dips there is no such thing as your lower chest working.

Reps dont matter its just preference, waht matters i going close to failure, i do 3-5 reps and im comfortable with it
