Ur progress is a lot faster than mine. I started lifting in January and people I know have said I look bigger but I don’t notice difference myself with the exception of my lats.

Push : Bench press 5x5 or 4x8-10-12
OHP 4x8-10-12 or 5x5
Dips 3x8-10-12
Skullcrusher 3x8-10-12
Laterals raises 4x20

Pull :
4x8-10-12 pull ups
5x5, 1RM 4x10... etc look at david laid DUP method to understand --> Deadlift OR Row
3x8/10/12 upright row
3x20 superset FACEPULL and "Bird" idk how you call it in english
3x8/10/12 curl
3x8/10/12 Hammer curls

I'm not doing leg 'cause i'm injured :lul::lul:
So my routine isn't updated
I'm not focusing on hypertrophy, i'm alternating it with strength

I would say 70kg Squat
6kg laterals raises
47,5kg Row
35kg UPRIGHT ROW

This is why i'm doing strength, cause i'm weak asfuck lmao

BTW I'm 68kg for 1m79-80

But i went from 30kg to 60kg benchpress in 4 months so it's pretty nice (I know, some people could progress quickly but for my gay ass body this is insane)
 
Height?, zero SMV gain for now but if you keep going it’ll benefit you decently in 2-4 years.

face matters double compared to body. I read from a study. Still body matters alot also, so it'sgood to have a good shape.

About 76% of a man TOTAL Physical attractiveness is decided by face + body.
About 52% is face.
About 24% is body.

So. Face matters 2 times as much as body, for a man his attractiveness!

You can start with a TRT dose, it is without any health risk. After a couple months raise the dose to 500 mg for a cycle or use a SARM like LGD, RAD. This is pretty safe approach and you can try a mild steroid cycle later.

nah but for 4 months it's really decent not gonna lie, and for you height you have kinda low bodyweight so you can bulk up slowly, plus having low fat helps on being aesthetic while bulking
I would recomend a PHUL routine so you can practically max both strength and hypertrophy gains:feelsahh:

It was when I just started out, trying to become less ugly, and aiming to get better looking than the low tier nromie that I was.
I was like 36 back than. now 38.
