We still had a morality. Genocide on your own people was also immoral. Just cause things that are immoral nowadays weren't then doesn't mean they had no morality.

Morality is just the set of culturaö beliefs of good and bad behaviour. Just cause the things you consider immoral cause of your culture and upbringing weren't present doesn't mean that they didn't have any.

Also the Jews had morality before the religion that you consider to be true (Islam) so it doesn't make sense either but thats just you.

As said before, it can shift even with religion. Our morals nowadays are vastly different then they were in the past.

Also you are confusing morality with ethics.
