if young, financial risk is recommended. Testosterone makes you take more risks, but narcissism makes you take more risks that are well calculated. They play hand in hand so feed your narcissism, also test increases energy and physique. Narcissism and testosterone is key for financial success. Increase test naturally and work on money being a narcissist so you can save up to buy better/more surgeries etc.

When I said naturally raise test that means not injecting, but you can have high test and be narcissistic all day it still will take a strong will to be better.
