My palate is extremely high vaulted and narrow. I’ve been raw milk and organ maxxing to death for half a year now and it’s hardly changed my palate. I’m 20, so palate expander my only option? Lmk.

why would raw milk or organs fix ur palate? no correlation, if its already narrow you cant do much besides mse/marpe, if parents fed u with natural foods since birth then u would not have this problem

fr tho narrow palate is a massive failo. you’re gonna need to look into palate expansion, maybe surgically if ur serious. that or just accept being mtn forever
