narrow palate

i have narrow palate and i was thinking getting marpe and ipr for mandible and after that traditionele brace will it makes of maxilla forward and more zygos bones or will nerf me i have mild forward teeth my orthodontics first said we gonna take off 2 tooth from upper and 2 from lower without recommending me marpe or ipr but i rejected so what do you guys thinks should make some change in it and ask sompething else or its perfect

js keep ur teeth and get marpe and wtv ur getting, avoid extractions they’re gonna recess u to doom after a few years. so rn get marpe, get ur braces and pray.
