posted a thread a while back that I was getting my bloods checked.

here are the results:

cholesterol is at 5.00 nmol/l (healthy is below 6.5)

AST is at 27 U/l (healthy is below 50)

ALT is at 25 U/l (healthy is below 50)

gamma-GT is at 15 U/l (healthy is below 60)

creatinine is at 117 umol/l (this is the only value that's above the normal range but this is normal if you lift) (normal range is 59-103)

GFR is at 69
(healthy range is above 60)

albumine is at 48 (healthy range is 35-52)

LH is at 4.5 IU/l (normal is 1.7-8.60)

FSH is at 2.9 (normal is 1.5-12)

now the only results anyone cares for.

total testosterone was 22.0 nmol/l (normal range is 8-29) which means 640 ng/dL, which is pretty decent considering my bodyfat.

free testosterone was 0.360 nmol/l (normal range is above 0.125)

SHBG is at 46 (normal range is 18-54)

Nice not dissimilar to mine-

My natty t is just slightly lower though like 600

Is TRT worth it to go from like 600 - 900 is wild te benefits be negligible?

most of the benefit from TRT is in free testosterone rather than total, total doesn't mean a whole lot.

I think my free T was high tbh

Let me have a look through my emails and find my old results

even if your free T is high, it still doesn't mean a whole lot because there's also androgen sensitivity, and just the sheer amount receptors you've got in your muscles.

anyway tl;dr all of my values are pretty normal.

my test results before I started injecting test

but natural test levels are cope anyways unless it’s extremely low

More important is androgen receptors
