Losing fat varies for person to person. Someone with higher bf% > 20% can be more aggressive with dieting. A person with lower then 20% bf% should take it slow and aim to lose a 1lb a week providing you want to keep your muscle mass. I’m losing a 1lb of week and the only thing I noticed is less bloat. No other changes I noticed this just goes to prove that how fat we actually are. I been dieting for over a month now and lost like 6lb of fat so far.
