He Shou Wu or fo-ti. This apparently increases the melanin in the hair. This is one of the most powerful anti-aging teas on the planet. You only need small doses because too much can cause liver damage. It's not permanent as you would have to drink it for the rest of your life. If you do it for a year or two and stop your natural hair will return within a 1/2 year.

I dont think there is a way "naturally" that isn't gonna come with risks/side effects . I would just take the safe option and go to the salon.

I think the only way is dye it.

Hollywood star Norman Ridus naturally has blonde hair, he colors it brown.
