practice and hit gym for some confidence defo worked well since i was in same position as you and depending on your willingness to look better i wouldnt roid/research pharma etc unless i was below 5 foot 5 and at an age where growth plates are close to closure and practice talking to people and as time passes it will get better and think before you say things
