I'm currently on a pretty hard regimen, every 3 days I have this neck workout.
20kg neck curls 30 30 30
10kg Lateral neck curls 30 30 30 per side
Wrestler Neck bridges 25 20 15
Every day I will be stretching neck muscles, and training the muscles that support hyoid, platysma.
I will eventually bring back a feedback about the effects of this training in some months.
