Neck training + hyoid muscles training

I'm currently on a pretty hard regimen, every 3 days I have this neck workout.

20kg neck curls 30 30 30
10kg Lateral neck curls 30 30 30 per side
Wrestler Neck bridges 25 20 15

Every day I will be stretching neck muscles, and training the muscles that support hyoid, platysma.

I will eventually bring back a feedback about the effects of this training in some months.

are you going to choke your self or something? how tf do you lift weights with neck>?

I lay them on my forehead, or on the side of my head
 

I think you'd still have to train neck to an extent. Some bodybuilders that are probably on roids have a quite thin neck, although there's lots of androgen receptors in that area.
 
Zombie ass thread but did this stretch the skin around the hyoid area and made your jaw appear sharper?
