What am I expierencibg involving my biceps?
3 days ago i decided to go high volume 5x30 5kg dumbbell curls with like a 30 second test inbetween, obviously the reps were fast asf
this was also after not training biceps for about a month
My goal was to get a pump
4 days later my bicep area is in a lot of pain and it’s getting worse
I’m at the point Where I can’t fully extend my arm, pain moving my mouse affecting my Fortnite skill
Also the pain did not happen straight away after these curls, it was gradual
Have I pulled the muscles or something like that ?
